Replacement & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of animal feed products, all sales are final once the product has shipped, except in the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged
  

• The product is defective
  

• The incorrect item was shipped
  
  

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
  

• The Lot Number printed on the tag sewn to the bag
  

• A brief description of the issue
  

• Clear photos of the product and packaging
  
  

Approved claims may result in:

• A replacement shipment, or
  

• A refund to the original payment method, at our discretion
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement or refund:

• Used feed products
  

• Products stored improperly after delivery
  

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  

• Delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped
  
  

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other factors outside our control. Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
